Our Company Benefits for our Part-time Speech Therapist SLP position include: * 1 Paid Holiday per year * Generous PTO plans * Matching 403b Retirement Plan * Robust Wellness & Rewards program * Discounted Employee Meal program * Ongoing mentorship, development, and leadership programs Qualifications for our Speech Therapist SLP position include: * Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy program * Speech Language Pathologist License in good standing and able to practice in the state of Georgia * Two years of experience in Skilled Nursing community preferred * Experience working in a person directed care environment preferred * Experience working with persons living with dementia * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent team player, able to work harmoniously across multiple disciplines * Ability to effectively interact with elders and their families * Compassionate and empathetic towards elders, especially those who have communication difficulties * Ability to assess and diagnose speech and language disorders accurately * Experience with PointClickCare electronic records system preferred Equal Opportunity Statement: A.G. Responsibilities

The Speech Therapist is responsible for assessing and diagnosing speech and language disorders in elders, particularly those living with dementia. They work within a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-directed care in a skilled nursing environment.
