From our boutique on William Street in Paddington to our new Melbourne location, Sarah Gardner Fine Jewellery has expanded from a local Sydney business to a global brand and known for creating beautiful, handmade, and ethically sourced jewellery. We’re now seeking a passionate, client-focused Store Assistant to join our Sydney team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring each visit is a memorable experience.
• Team Support: Work alongside our Sydney team to contribute to a positive, motivating environment for both staff and clients.
• Brand Representation: Lead by example in upholding our brand values of ethical and transparent handmade jewellery.
• Customer Service: Handle inquiries, feedback, and sales with efficiency and a can-do attitude.

What we’re looking for:

• A genuine passion for jewellery and an enthusiasm for handmade and ethical craftsmanship.
• Exceptional people skills and a natural ability to build strong client relationships.
• Previous experience in the jewellery industry is preferred, but not essential.
• Availability to work varied shifts across our days of operation (Monday to Saturday) with flexibility.
