Responsibilities Set up PCs and system access for HR processes (e.g. new joiner onboarding, system testing, form setup) Support the implementation/enhancement of HR Information System (HRIS) and transformation projects, including process documentation, compilation of user guides and users acceptance tests Provide general administrative support to the team and undertake other ad-hoc projects as assigned Requirements Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree holders in a related discipline Positive and proactive attitude and willing to embrace new technology Good interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Taleo, SAP, Python is preferred Remarks Working Hours: 2 days per week Working Location: MTR Headquarters Building, Kowloon Bay Appointment will be made on 6-month part-time contract terms Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
