We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Arts and Social Sciences: Part-time Student Trainee (A&SS) (Ref.: 25001ZH) Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: providing logistics and/or on-site support for the events of the School of Arts and Social Sciences; participating in photo-taking, on-site video shooting and post-production of photos/videos for the School’s events; preparing reports for the events for websites and other social media channels; and taking up design work for the School’s website and publicity materials. Requirements Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: current full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students of the University; very good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua; self-driven, positive attitude and with strong sense of responsibility; and experience of providing assistance in large-scare events / designing leaflets/posters is preferable but not essential. Duration of Appointment The appointee(s) will be required to work for the period from October 2025 to August 2026. Terms and Conditions for Appointment Successful candidates will be appointed on a temporary part-time contract and are expected to work no more than 17 hours per week at a rate of HK$75 per hour.
