We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Science and Technology: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee shall mainly assist the research team in a research project" Storage Conditions and Brewing Methods for Preserving Catechin Contents, Reducing Fungal Contaminants, and Minimizing Mycotoxin Residues in Four Types of Tea in Different Packaging” (R6579). He / She shall mainly be responsible for the following: Conducting experimental research as instructed by the Investigator; Performing data analysis, assisting in report writing, and presenting the results. Assisting in literature searching; and Carrying out other research activities as instructed by the Principal Investigator. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience, and competence: Full-time undergraduates studying in a face-to-face programme offered by the Department of Applied Science at HKMU; Experience in performing mycology experiments is preferred; Self-motivated and meticulous, and be able to meet deadlines and work independently. Remuneration HK$75 per hour Duration of Appointment A maximum of 16 hours per week during daytime for the period from late March 2026 to 30 June 2026.
