THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL NEED TO HAVE PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN:

· Retail experience/preferably management.
· Strong sales focus
· Exceptional customer service standards
· Great organisational skills and a hands-on approach
· Ability to motivate staff and maintain efficient processes
· Passionate about knitting/beading/scrap booking
· Understanding fabrics
· Strong interest in Craft and Furnishings
