Description Job Title: Support Staff Job Type: Part Time hourly, non- exempt Location: Oceanside/Vista Hourly Rate $21 -22 an hour Part Time Shift: 11am-7PM Saturdays & Sundays We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Support Staff As a Support Staff, you will be responsible for direct care services for clients in an outpatient mental health/substance abuse program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental health, recovery and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Benefits: - Health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance - 401(k) plan with company match - Paid time off - Professional development opportunities Requirements ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide overall support to House Managers and clients Provide on-site assistance to House Managers at CCI office Assist House Managers and Case Managers with client transportation to CCI office, scheduled AA meetings, outside appointments and other recreational activities Transport clients in company owned vehicles to various locations and outside appointments Must be 21 years of age or over, with a clean driving record MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Education, Training, and Experience Required: High school diploma or equivalent preferred One (1) year of experience in behavioral health care, preferred. Attainment of at least 21 years of age A Health Screening with negative TB Test Results • Current CPR/ First Aid certification. Drivers License, driving required per duties listed Should be experienced as Support Staff or Mental Health Technician, preferably in the field of Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
