We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. EXPERIENCE

Candidates should possess experience in care settings, particularly in home care or residential care environments. A background in behaviour management is advantageous, along with skills in manual handling and medication. Certification in first aid is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided. A valid driving licence is essential for commuting. No transportation of clients.

• Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and medication.
• Support individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive interactions and outcomes.
• Assist with heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used for safety.
• Administer first aid when necessary and respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Facilitate assisted living tasks to support individuals in maintaining their independence.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the individual’s condition to relevant professionals.
