Roblar Winery, a Gleason Family Vineyards brand, is seeking hard-working, enthusiastic individuals who have experience in hospitality to join our exciting and successful tasting room team. Individual must possess a positive attitude, be self-motivated, organized, and eager to create a stellar guest experience, while assisting the service staff in all aspects of the tasting room, including bussing, barbacking, hosting, and food running. Previous wine knowledge is not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Able to lift 50 pounds (a case of wine)
· Able to stand and/or walk for extended period of time
· Previous tasting room/winery and/or sales/hospitality experience a plus
· Basic wine knowledge a plus
· Professional appearance and demeanor

Bussing tables and clearing tasting room areas to prepare for new guests; dish and glass washing and restocking; running food and other items for tasting room associates; assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of the tasting room space; Greet guests and seat them to their tables; Perform daily tasting room duties, including stocking wine, glasses and merchandise, preparing the space for guests; Complete projects and additional duties requested by Supervisor or Management; and creating a generally positive environment for customers and staff alike.
