Description Location: Kennesaw, GA (In-Office) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM Seasonal Flexibility: Opportunity for additional hours during tax season Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Tax Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our tax professionals. This role plays a key part in delivering a smooth, efficient, and client-focused tax experience. The ideal candidate brings exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, resourceful individual who enjoys supporting a collaborative, fast-paced team. Key Responsibilities • Handle daily mail, including receiving, scanning, logging, and distributing client tax documents • Coordinate document requests and follow up with clients regarding missing information • Prepare and deliver contracts, proposals, and engagement letters • Provide administrative support to tax professionals, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination • Assist with special projects and general administrative tasks as needed • Support tax return assembly and processing by organizing client documentation and maintaining accurate records • Organize, scan, and process tax-related paperwork efficiently and accurately • Manage incoming and outgoing client documentation • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems • Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly via phone, email, and in person • Track filing deadlines and monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of tax returns • Uphold a high standard of customer service and confidentiality in all interactions Requirements • Prior administrative experience preferred, ideally in a tax, accounting, or financial services environment • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Professional communication skills (written and verbal) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with document management systems is a plus • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion • Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented
