PART-TIME TEACHING ASSISTANT – A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY IN BURTON

Location: Burton
Positions Available: Part-time roles
Start Date: September
Salary: £20,500 - £21,500 (pro-rata for part-time)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:15 PM (early finish on Fridays)
Part-Time Hours: Must be able to work 3 days a week.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide personalized support to students with additional needs, ensuring they receive the guidance and encouragement they require.
  • Engage in outdoor learning and forest school activities, making learning more interactive and enjoyable.
  • Support children in their social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Work collaboratively with a passionate team of educators, fostering a positive and enriching environment.

Experience in an SEN setting isn’t essential—what matters most is a genuine enthusiasm for supporting young learners. This role is perfect for someone who:
