Commitment: 7 sessions × 3 hours per cohort (approx. 21 teaching hours)

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and strategies, including:
  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Meta Ads
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, content strategy, and ad optimization
  • Ability to explain marketing concepts in a clear, beginner-friendly manner when required
  • Confident in facilitating online sessions using Zoom, with a reliable remote setup (camera, microphone, stable internet)
  • Prior experience in mentoring, training, or teaching is preferred

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both the instructor and learners throughout the course. You’ll help facilitate live sessions, guide students through hands-on exercises, and provide continued support to ensure a successful and engaging learning experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the instructor during live Zoom lessons
  • Assist learners with practical exercises on topics such as:
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and keyword research
  • Google Ads (SEM) and paid campaign setup
  • Social media marketing strategies
  • Google Analytics and campaign performance tracking
  • Provide out-of-class assistance via our Telegram community and e-learning platform, answering learner queries and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Maintain accurate attendance records in compliance with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) requirements
  • Share learner feedback and insights with the academic team to help enhance course delivery and relevance
