For more information about the University, please visit https://www.hkmu.edu.hk We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Arts and Social Sciences: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointees will mainly be responsible for the course planning, development and delivery of the full-time face-to-face undergraduate programmes. Major duties include leading tutorials for the designated coures, preparing tutorial notes and teaching materials and marking of assignments and examination scripts and conducting other related teaching and administrative duties. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: Requirements for the relevant course(s) are specified as follows: · ENGL A236F English-Language Media and Popular Culture Applicants should possess a recognized Master’s degree or higher qualification in a relevant discipline, such as Film Studies, Cultural Studies, or Literary Studies. Preference will be given to applicants who hold a PhD in a related field and/or have demonstrated teaching experience at the tertiary level. Terms and Conditions for Appointment Successful candidate will be appointed on a temporary part-time contract. Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions. The candidate will be required to work during daytime on campus for the period from May 2026 to early September 2026 for a maximum of 17 hours per week.
