We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Science and Technology: Postgraduate Courses SCI 8001SCF Cosmetic Principles (化妝品原理) SCI 8002SCF Beauty Technologies and Practices (美容技術與實踐) CTM 8001SCF Chinese Beauty Culture and Evolving Trends (中國美妝文化與發展趨勢) CTM 8002SCF Advanced Technologies in Modern Cosmetics (現代化妝品的先進技術) Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Delivering courses (including classroom teaching, classroom coordination) in related disciplines at degree/master level; Conducting tutorials and laboratory sessions, marking assignments/examination scripts; Providing consultation to students and performing other teaching-related and administrative duties; Assisting in the course planning and development, as well as participating in School/University activities; and Conducting classes during day-time/night-time on weekdays/weekends. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: A recognised Honours bachelor’s/master’s degree in Cosmetic science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline; Relevant teaching/professional experience is preferred; and Be proficient in both Chinese (Putonghua) and English. Responsibilities
The appointee will deliver degree and master level courses in cosmetic science and beauty technologies, including conducting tutorials and laboratory sessions. Responsibilities also include marking assignments, providing student consultation, and assisting in course development.
