As a Part-Time Cake Decorator, you will play a key role in creating visually stunning cakes and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. This position involves working both in the front and back of house, offering a dynamic and rewarding experience.

Front of House:

• Customer Service: Welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude, assist with cake selection, and provide product recommendations.

Order Management: Accurately take and fulfil orders, ensuring they are packaged and presented to a high standard.
Display Maintenance: Keep the front-of-house displays stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
Transaction Processing: Handle cash and card payments and maintain an organized till area.
