We are a fine food and beverage distributor looking for a Part-Time Telesales & Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team.

THE ROLE:

The role will include (in addition to general administrative duties) speaking with new and existing Delicatessen, Foodhall, Garden Centre, and Farm Shop customers providing the highest level of customer service.

GENERAL DUTIES:

• Telephoning businesses and providing information on the products and services we offer
• Update customer contact information into CRM and other back office systems.
• Answer and screen incoming calls
• Take customer telephone/email orders and input into stock management system
• Telephone/email existing customers with monthly promotions
• Follow-up on appointments, brochures sent or trade show leads
