PART-TIME TELESALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Bromsgrove, Worcestershire
Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible, between 9:00am – 4:00pm, with 45 minutes lunch)
Salary: £25,000 pro rata

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and motivated Part-Time Telesales Executive to join our team in Bromsgrove. This role offers flexibility, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to contribute directly to our sales growth.

We are looking for a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building rapport over the phone.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous telesales, inside sales, or customer service experience is desirable (but not essential – full training will be provided)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using IT systems and CRM software

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The Telesales Executive will play a key role in supporting our sales function by engaging with potential customers, building relationships, and generating qualified leads for the wider sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Making outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Airstream’s products and services
  • Following up on enquiries and leads from marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and the company website
  • Qualifying leads and booking appointments for the external sales team
  • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions within the CRM system
  • Supporting the sales and marketing team with customer engagement activities
  • Providing a professional and friendly first point of contact for potential clients
