We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Telesales Executive to join our team! If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a drive to meet targets, this role is perfect for you. As a Telesales Executive, you'll play a key role in building relationships with potential customers, promoting our products/services, and contributing to the growth of our business. What You Will Deliver Promote and sell GoGoXEnergy products and services to customers (Corporate & Individual) and achieve business target as assigned Make warm/cold calls to existing and potential customers Deliver professional customer service through handling Inbound and Outbound calls Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned by Managers Who You Are At least 2 years' call center experience or Telesales related experience Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Customer service oriented, a good team player with good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibilities Excellent telephone manners and handling skills Working Hours 2-5 days in between Monday and Friday 4-8 hours in between 10 am and 6 pm 我們正在尋找一位充滿活力且熱情的兼職電話銷售專員加入我們的團隊！如果您對銷售充滿熱情，擁有出色的溝通能力，並渴望實現目標，那麼這個職位非常適合您。作為電話銷售專員，您將在建立潛在客戶關係、推廣我們的產品/服務以及促進業務增長方面發揮關鍵作用。工作範圍: 透過電話推銷给現有及潛在客户（企業和個人）有關油咭及車管業務推廣, 有責任達到預期的目標。協助團隊處理申請及跟進事宜，解答客戶查詢。提供專業的客户服務。深入了解客户的產品和服務，根據客户的需求和喜好提出合適的建議。協助完成經理分配的任何任務。工作要求: 具最少2年電話推廣經驗, 曾於有關行業工作優先考慮責任感、守時、積極主動、具備團隊合作精神待人熱誠有禮，具備達標毅力、良好人際溝通及客戶服務技巧懂基本電腦操作及中英文打字需操流利廣東話及具備中英文書寫能力工作時間: 每週工作 2-5 天 (週一至週五之間) 每天工作 4-8 小時 (上午 10 點至下午 6 點之間)
