TELESALES AGENT/EXECUTIVE (PART-TIME CONTRACT OF 30HRS)

We are seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive with enthusiasm and energy to support us in our mission to further develop our growing business. This is an exciting role requiring delivery of specific daily tasks but also new creative tasks.
In this fast paced role you will work closely with the Telesales Manager and in support of managing customer enquiries, sales orders and the overall sales function of the organisation. Some cold calling is also expected.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in spoken English.
  • Previous telesales experience in retail/wholesale sectors is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy, numerical proficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Positive attributes including problem-solving skills, adaptability, flexibility, commitment, and effective communication.
