The selected candidate will be responsible for Delivering the Ultimate Experience by developing positive relationships, while excelling in a variety of responsibilities. Job Responsibilities for Teller: Accepts cash item deposits, savings deposits and makes withdrawals in an accurate manner. Accurately cashes checks to meet customer requests. Accepts customer loan payments and ensures proper documents are prepared to update computer files. Maintains an adequate supply of currency and coin at station to meet customer demands. Scan and proof items utilizing 10-key skills, focusing on amounts and imaged items. Balances cash each day to ensure all cash is accounted for. Makes quality sales referrals at the teller window to promote bank products and services. Redeem savings bonds. Sell and prepare official checks and money orders. Complete Currency Transaction Reports (CTR). Provides access to safe deposit boxes for customers. Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional, timely customer support.
