This position processes donated clothing into inventory to be sold on the sales floor. Knowledge of clothing brands and quality is a plus! This position has minimum production quotas each day.  Part-time positions are available. Please tell us about your availability!  Our Retail Centers are open 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sundays.   Pay: $16.45 Hr. Your pay could increase based on the amount of textiles you can produce each hour. This position is eligible for Daily Pay!  Work today, get paid today! JOB SUMMARY:  The Associate I, Textiles Production will primarily work in a production environment sorting, hanging, pricing, and tagging donated textiles while following company quality standards and guidelines to determine which items will be placed on the sales floor to be sold. The Associate may occasionally be in contact with customers and expected to be responsive in communication and provide excellent customer service. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Sort donated textiles by season, color, and quality of product. * Inspect textiles to ensure the product is in good saleable condition (buttons, zippers, etc.) * Hang, size and price, tag, and prepare textile items to be sold by loading them on Z-racks. * Make decisions to price according to Goodwill standards of quality and value of the product which may include researching the item’s value on the internet or utilizing other company tools and standards. * Provide excellent customer service to fellow staff and customers; answer product questions as needed. * Follow all retail center policies and procedures. * Follow all safety processes and procedures to help provide a safe working environment for employees and customers. * Cross-train as needed in other departments and areas when required. * Maintains a clean and organized work area to provide a safe and efficient workflow for employees and customers. * Job duties may extend beyond the tasks listed and may include additional responsibilities as required.   QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Experience: * One (1) year of retail experience preferred.
