REQUIREMENTS:

• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
• Relevant qualifications in Community Services (minimum of Cert IV level)
• Industry currency and experience in the community services sector and Individual support.
• Experience delivering training to both domestic and international students preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to facilitate online learning using relevant platforms (e.g., Zoom, Moodle, etc.)
• Must pass be able to pass a Police Check

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are registered training organization for RTO and CRICOS seeking qualified and experienced trainers to deliver and assess the CHC42021 Certificate IV in Community Services to a diverse cohort of domestic and international students. Delivery will occur both in our Fortitude Valley campus and online.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver engaging, compliant, and high-quality training sessions (face-to-face and online)
• Assess student work in line with the requirements of the training package and RTO policies
• Support student learning through feedback, mentoring, and guidance
• Contribute to course development and continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate training and assessment records
