WE’RE HIRING: PART-TIME TUTOR ONBOARDING MANAGER (REMOTE)

LessonWise is a fast-growing EdTech start-up connecting parents with top tutors through our online platform. We’re looking for an organised, detail-driven Tutor Onboarding Manager to source, vet, and onboard the best tutor talent in the UK.
Role: Part-Time (approx. 2.5 days/week) – Fully Remote with occasional London meetings
Pay: £1,300/month – Independent Contractor
Start: Mid-September

• Proactively source qualified tutors across all subjects
• Conduct interviews and verify qualifications/credentials
• Manage DBS & safeguarding checks
• Train tutors on our platform & ensure quality profiles
• Maintain high standards in line with best tutoring practices
