Relevant teaching experience in leadership or related subjects and the ability to link leadership theories and models to practice and self-reflection are preferred. MGT B349 Managing Key Functions in Human Resource Management Applicants must have an honours degree, preferably with postgraduate degree or professional qualification, in Human Resource Management or related disciplines. Relevant teaching experience in HRM and familiarity with Hong Kong employment law and HR practices are preferred. MGT B440 Strategic Management of Human Resources Applicants must have an honours degree, preferably with postgraduate degree or professional qualification, in Human Resource Management or related disciplines. Relevant teaching experience in HRM (such as staffing and resourcing, employee engagement and development) is preferred. Duration of Appointment Tutors are normally appointed for approximately one to two terms, depending on the length of the course.
