We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Lee Shau Kee School of Business & Administration: Undergraduate Course Code Course Title Requirements MGT B240C 管理原理與實務申請者須持有管理學或相關之榮譽學士學位、深造學位或專業資格，並熟悉管理理論；有相關教學經驗者可獲優先考慮。 MGT B342C 培訓及發展申請者須持有人力資源管理、工商管理或相關之榮譽學士學位、深造學位或專業資格，並具備培訓及發展或人力資源管理之相關工作或教學經驗者，可獲優先考慮。 MGT 3008BED Developing Leadership Applicants must have an honours degree, preferably with a postgraduate degree, in Management, Leadership, Organisational Behaviour or related disciplines. Relevant teaching experience in leadership or related subjects and the ability to link leadership theories and models to practice and self-reflection are preferred. MGT B349 Managing Key Functions in Human Resource Management Applicants must have an honours degree, preferably with postgraduate degree or professional qualification, in Human Resource Management or related disciplines. Relevant teaching experience in HRM and familiarity with Hong Kong employment law and HR practices are preferred. MGT B440 Strategic Management of Human Resources Applicants must have an honours degree, preferably with postgraduate degree or professional qualification, in Human Resource Management or related disciplines. Relevant teaching experience in HRM (such as staffing and resourcing, employee engagement and development) is preferred. Duration of Appointment Tutors are normally appointed for approximately one to two terms, depending on the length of the course.
