Description · Escort incoming guests to rooms. · Assist guests with luggage. · Offer information pertaining to available hotel services, points of interest, and entertainment attractions. · Transport guests in hotel van within property requirements. · Maintain cleanliness of both interior and exterior of van. · Maintain all mileage records on a daily basis. · Report all trips to front desk; length of drive as well as length of time spent. Respond to and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner. Other duties may be assigned. Requirements · Minimum lifting of 50 pounds. · Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity. · Hearing, writing, typing. · Minimum pulling of 50 pounds. · Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions. · Must have a knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations. · Must have a knowledge of mathematical and computer skills. · High school education and relevant training and experience preferred. · Ability to timely obtain any required licenses or certificates. · CPR training required; first aid training preferred. · Additional language ability preferred.
