This position could be up to a 32-hour-per-week position and is expected to last between March 1 – November 30. They will champion the company’s mission and vision while modeling the company’s values. What you will do: Responsible for the thorough detailing and cleaning of all company vehicles Safe transport of vehicles between various staging areas Assist in the cleanliness and organization of the detail bay Learn and understand vehicle detailing products and chemicals Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the company, its products, and programs Protect the moral, legal, and financial well-being of the company Continually work with other team members and departments to find new and better ways of accomplishing work and results with an emphasis on safety, accountability, leadership, and guest service Any other job duties as assigned by management Requirements Knowledge and Skills You Possess: Ability to interact well with guests and fellow team members Demonstrate outstanding hospitality/guest service Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in the most productive and/or appropriate manner. Strong verbal communication skills Ability to maintain safe and organized working areas Develop a strong knowledge of vehicle cleaning products, processes and chemicals Proficient manual transmission operation or ability to learn Expectations: Adhere to an event-driven work schedule – shifts ranging between 12PM-7PM - Primarily Monday - Friday, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays Adhere to all company policies and procedures Professionally represent the company in the community, industry organizations, and during events Use proper and professional language in the workplace, when interfacing with guests or potential clients and when representing the company in an official capacity. Responsibilities
The Seasonal Part-Time Vehicle Prep Detailer is primarily responsible for the thorough detailing and cleaning of all company fleet and support vehicles, including safe transport between staging areas.
