We are seeking a candidate who have weekday availability for the Breakfast (AM) shifts. What you will be doing: Set up food & beverage service and clear tables in the VG Lounge. Ensures all guests have a memorable experience in dining. Have complete knowledge of the menu and beverage lists in the outlets and all other special promotions taking place in the hotel. Knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods. To be able to answer any guest questions about menu items in an informative and helpful way. Qualifications “Smart Choices” responsible liquor service certification required. Service oriented, team player, flexible in high paced environment and able to handle pressure with grace. Excellent verbal & written English communication skills. Must be able to complete all physical aspects of the job without restriction, i.e. Lift 25+ lbs at a time, stand and walk for up to 8 hours. Fluency in a second language an asset. Must be available to work weekday mornings.
