Responsibilities:
- Merchandise products (shoes, handbags, accessories) in alignment with visual merchandising standards.
- Perform grid verifications to ensure floor fixtures are arranged according to visual guidelines.
- Replenish stock as needed to ensure displays are fully stocked and appealing.
- Ensure visual instructions and standards are consistently followed throughout the store.
- Reorganize and re-box outdated stock from previous displays to maintain a streamlined inventory.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and attractive in-store environment, ensuring displays are always presentable.
- Regularly clean and maintain interior and exterior windows, as well as window displays, to ensure they are in top condition.
- Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of visual merchandising supplies and signage.
- Manage both the front and back of the store to ensure the overall visual presentation is cohesive and inviting.
- Confirm that bestsellers are prominently featured on sale racks to boost visibility and sales.
- Assist in the setup and preparation for store openings, ensuring all visual elements are ready to create an impactful launch.
