Benefits: 401k with % matching program On Demand Pay Holiday & Sick Time Unused sick and vacation Cash-out program Employee Daily Meals Continuing Education Scholarship Program Flexible scheduling for students Must be able to work weekends *Please note that this position does not include tips as part of the compensation. * Shift: Day shift Evening shift Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: Los Angeles, CA 90033: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person Requirements Must have excellent customer service experience Experience in food industry preferred but not required English is the common language of the customers we serve, you must have the ability to read, write legibly and speak English in an understandable manner. Must be able to write, remember, and provide menu requests for small and large groups of customers at a time. Must be able to work under general supervision; understand verbal instruction and tolerate moderate stress during busy periods. Must be able to work with and be sensitive to the needs of the elderly in a retirement setting, including those who are disabled. Must receive assignments and prioritize work on a daily basis under supervision. Ability to maintain work area and dining room area in a clean, sanitized manner; clean tables and restock supplies as needed. Ability to accept interruptions to work flow as needed. Responsibilities
