We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Server/Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest services while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your expertise in hospitality and culinary skills will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a restaurant or café setting is preferred but not essential.
• Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Basic culinary knowledge and understanding of food safety practices.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for coffee and beverages, with a willingness to learn about different brewing techniques and flavours.

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Assist with order taking
• Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
• Utilise basic maths skills to handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the café environment.
