Description

School of Hotel and Tourism Management Part-time Waiter(s)/Waitress(es) The appointee(s) will be responsible for (a) serving customers, cashiering, washing dishes, and cleaning the dining room; and (b) providing assistance in coffee lounge service and special events as required. Applicants should have (i) completed Form 3 education, preferably with 1 year’s post-qualification relevant work experience at traditional European restaurants/hotel banquets or equivalent as a waiter/waitress; (ii) fluency in Chinese (including Cantonese); and (iii) the ability to communicate in English. Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
