Fini’s (the restaurant at Willowbeck Lodge, Scotby, Carlisle) has developed an excellent reputation, both locally and further afield, for its food, drink, excellent service, and levels of hospitality.
Our food philosophy places an emphasis on creating an informal and relaxed dining experience. The restaurant is open to residents and non-residents and serves breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner.
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekend breakfast, weekend lunchtimes and evening dinner .
Our levels of hospitality and service are the key elements to ensuring customer satisfaction is met, it is therefore vital the individuals can demonstrate they are; hardworking, organised and able to think independently, practical, good communicators, customer focused, methodical, punctual, highly personable with a good nature.
The role involves meeting diners and checking in guests, taking food and drink orders and communicating them to the kitchen, serving and clearing food and drinks, dealing with customer requests, clearing tables and taking payments, cleaning and resetting tables.
