About the Role: USAgain currently has an immediate opening for a Part-time Warehouse Material Handler in San Leandro, CA. In this position, you will be handling, processing, and preparing all raw materials received into finished materials for warehouse inventory storage, sale, and shipment to the customer. Location: San Leandro, CA WORK SCHEDULE: Work Days: Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday Start Time: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Duration: 8 hours per day Salary: $25.00 per hour PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Receiving materials Loading trailer manually - 90% of the time worked Loading and unloading trucks as required working by hand Repairing and maintaining collection boxes as needed and directed Other duties as directed to support the functions of the warehouse Our Benefits Include: 9 Paid Holidays – Enjoy time off to recharge and maintain work-life balance. Requirements This is a physically demanding position that requires a high level of stamina and strength. Candidates must be able to perform the following: Must be 21 years of age or older 2 years' experience in warehouse and material handling Flexibility to work hours based on business needs, including possible evenings Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, twisting, and placing materials for extended periods. Must be able to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift. Ability to twist, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks as part of daily responsibilities. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
