ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to our retail customers at all times whether working on the sales floor or the building / trade counter.
• Work with your colleagues to ensure that the sales floor is well merchandised and products are displayed to promote customer interest.
• Build rapport with customers and have the knowledge to recommend product and up sell to our customers.
• Use of IT systems to search for products, place customer orders and print point of sale.
• Stock takes and stock returns.
