We are seeking a dynamic and personable Part Time Front Desk Agent (Weekends) to join our team—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves meeting new people, and enjoys providing top-tier hospitality. We are located on the North End Waterfront, close to the Aquarium and Haymarket T stations. www.thebostonyachthaven.com   Who You Are:   * A pleasant communicator who can connect effortlessly with diverse guests. * A hardworking, detail-oriented, and energetic individual who enjoys problem-solving and taking initiative. * Someone who thrives in a team environment but can also handle responsibilities independently. * Passionate about hospitality, customer service, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.     Key Responsibilities:   * Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and concierge services, ensuring a seamless experience. * Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries about the hotel, marina, and Boston attractions. * Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest requests with professionalism and efficiency. * Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and facilities are in top condition. * Work closely with colleagues from other properties in the collection sharing the same customer base. * Process payments, handle invoices, and maintain accurate records in all of the inn and marina software. * Cross-train to assist with marina and heart-of-the-house responsibilities. * Assist with special guest requests, VIP services, and marina operations as needed. * What We’re Looking For: * Ability to read, write, speak and communicate effectively in English.  Bilingual is also a plus! * Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn matter most!  We do provide full training! * Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and handle busy shifts with a smile. :)  * Ability to sit and stand for periods of time, lift, push, pull and carry up to 20 lbs. * A problem-solver who can think on their feet and deliver solutions with confidence. * Shifts are between 8 AM to 6 PM.  Occasional after-hours support requested.  Weekend shifts are a must, additional days may also be available. * Other tasks as assigned by management.     Why Join Us? * Lots of opportunities for career growth and development in a world-class setting * A beautiful waterfront work environment * A supportive and fun team culture * Employee discounts, perks, and more!     If you're a motivated, customer-focused individual looking for an exciting opportunity, we want to hear from you!   Apply Today:   We are an equal opportunity employer.  All are encouraged to apply.  Apply online only.   We look forward to welcoming you aboard!
