As the central point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication, providing helpful information, and maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere throughout our beautiful campus. What You’ll Do: Be the friendly face that greets and directs all visitors, residents, and vendors. Provide top-tier customer service by answering calls, routing messages, and assisting with general inquiries. Support residents and guests with directions, event details, and community information. Manage deliveries including packages, prescriptions, and flowers with care and accuracy. Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA and Residents’ Rights policies. Assist with special projects and collaborate with team members to enhance the resident experience. Requirements What You Bring: A High School Diploma Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system. A warm, welcoming personality and professional demeanor. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with basic office procedures. A commitment to respect, confidentiality, and community values.
