About The Role

  • Provide support functions to the sales team
  • Miscellaneous requests from Sales Teams
  • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, client requests, engineering requests
  • Customer pricing, filing important documents and communicating relevant information throughout the organization
  • Assist bookkeeper with QuickBooks reconciliation
  • Payroll coordination

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Coordinator/Sales Administrator
  • Very organized individual
  • Post Secondary Education
  • Ability to professionally communicate in a variety of mediums
  • Computer skills (some knowledge of QuickBooks Online/ MS Outlook)
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter - ability to work autonomously and stay motivated!!!
