We have a fantastic opportunity for a strong and energetic individual to join our team! We are currently seeking a Part-Time Floral Designer / Customer Service Associate.
While previous floral experience is an asset, full training will be provided to the right candidate in all areas of the business.
We operate on a first-name basis and foster open communication between all team members and management. We believe in teamwork to deliver the best possible service to our customers. Working in a flower shop is both rewarding and fast-paced, and we strive to exceed customer expectations with every interaction. That level of service can be challenging—but it’s what we expect from each other.
This is a part-time position, and the successful applicant must be available to work some evenings, weekends, and extended hours during holidays.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Available to work part-time, including Saturdays
• Customer service experience
• Basic computer literacy

EXPERIENCE:

• Retail: Preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train
• Floral design: Preferred, but we will teach floral skills to the right candidate

• Design and prepare floral arrangements and orders
• Take customer orders over the phone
• Assist walk-in customers in the store
• Process transactions using POS system
• Work closely with the manager and team
• Maintain strong knowledge of products and services
• Help keep the store clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor at all times
