YOUR NEW ROLE

Inthis role as a Year 3 teacher, you will be responsible for the day to dayrunning of the class. This will entail organising the classroom and learningresources to create a pleasant, stimulating and positive environment. You willneed to be a leader of leaning who has high expectations for every child and toprovide a carefully structured and thorough education experience which enablespupils to achieve their academic and personal potential.
