Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and energetic Part-Time Youth Soccer Coach with an Early Childhood Focus to join our East and North Broward team. This role primarily involves coaching soccer programs for children ages 2-8 in various childcare centers and community locations. You will lead fun, age-appropriate soccer activities that promote motor skills development, teamwork, and a love for the game. Employment Type: Part-Time Location: Coral Springs, FL Compensation: Competitive hourly rate Typical Hours: Afterschool hours and mornings, flexible scheduling available Passion for working with children aged 2-8 Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic coaching style Background or experience in early childhood education, coaching, or childcare preferred Excellent communication skills to engage both children and parents Reliable transportation to travel between class locations in East and North Broward Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, and occasional weekends Willingness to undergo background checks and comply with safety regulations CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required (training may be provided) Competitive pay: Starting at $20/hour, then $25, and various bonus opportunities.
