QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Formation - Licence en ressources humaines, développement organisationnel, gestion d’entreprise ou dans un domaine connexe. La certification CRHA ou une certification RH connexe est préférable.

JOB SUMMARY:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will lead strategic HR initiatives to support the company’s business objectives. This role requires working closely with senior management to drive organizational development initiatives, talent management, leadership development, and performance management processes. The HRBP will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture within a highly regulated, safety-conscious environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. CRHA or related HR certification is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in HR, with a focus on organizational development in a manufacturing environment.

SKILLS:

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices in a manufacturing environment, including knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and regulatory standards.
  • Expertise in organizational development, talent management, and performance management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and build trust with employees.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage HR projects with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Analytical skills with experience using HR data to support decision-making.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application to organizational development.
  • Fluently Bilingual. (French & English)

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage OD programs that enhance organizational performance, and leadership capabilities. Tailor development initiatives to address the unique challenges in an aerospace manufacturing environment, including compliances, process improvement, and lean manufacturing practices.
  • Implement & execute talent management programs that identify high-potential employees, create succession plans, and ensure a pipeline of skilled talent for critical roles in the company. Oversee performance management processes, aligning employee goals with operational and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement leadership development programs designed to equip managers and supervisors with the skills to lead teams effectively support leadership with training in areas critical for the business.
  • Managing employee relations to ensure positive, productive & compliant workplace through employee engagement agenda, conflict resolution & labor relations.
  • Use HR data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of organizational development programs, track key HR metrics and make data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes.
  • Champion DEI initiatives, promoting an inclusive environment where a diverse workforce can thrive. Partner with leaders to ensure DEI strategies are integrated into key HR processes.
