We are seeking a Full-time Partial Hospitalization Program Therapist to join our Adult Behavioral Health team at the Stevens Center in Carlisle, PA. Schedule: 40 hours/week. Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm Position Details The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Therapist works in a structured, non-acute rehabilitation setting serving adults with moderate to severe mental illness. The therapist will lead group therapy sessions, provide individualized treatment planning, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client recovery. Key Responsibilities * Facilitate daily group therapy sessions for PHP clients. * Conduct individual therapeutic meetings and develop treatment plans. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and medical records. * Collaborate with families, agencies, and other service providers. * Attend treatment team and departmental meetings regularly. * Provide basic case management services as needed. * Complete initial evaluations of clients. Qualifications Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills: * Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related discipline WITH 2-3 years' relevant mental health experience OR a master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related discipline. * Experience working in a clinical setting with chronic mental health populations preferred.
