WE’RE LOOKING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL OPERATOR TO JOIN OUR GROWING UK TEAM AS PARTICIPANT DELIVERY LEAD. THIS IS A UNIQUE ROLE THAT BLENDS MARKETING, CUSTOMER SUCCESS, RECRUITMENT STRATEGY, AND OPERATIONAL INSIGHT.
You’ll be responsible for growing our research participant panel in the UK and across the Northern Hemisphere, using targeted campaigns, data-driven tactics, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll sit within our Customer Success function and work closely with our Fulfilment and Enterprise CS teams to understand what participants our clients need – and then ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
This role also plays a critical part in supporting global Marketing and Product efforts: feeding in local data and insights, helping shape the roadmap, and improving how we attract, activate, and retain our participants.
