EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.

  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a significant advantage
  • Familiarity with data entry processes is beneficial.

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (required)
  • Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
  • using Microsoft Teams and Outlook: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Police Clearance (preferred)
