ESSENCE OF THE POSITION:

We have begun the search for our Parties & Events Manager. A key Head of Department in our new venue, this role will have you taking charge of all parties & events in the venue, ensuring a smoother operation and a remarkable guest experience! Some of your key areas of responsibility will be:

  • Partnering across all departments to ensure smooth parties & events end-to-end, from the moment the party is booked until final feedback is received!
  • Lead a team of Event Hosts and your Party Supervisor, working together to create immersive & premium celebrations
  • Be obsessed with providing our guests with a remarkable experience and be constantly looking for ways to improve
  • Our dedicated Sales and Events team will look after securing all events; it’s your job to prepare the team, ensure organisation end-to-end, deliver the fun and gather feedback afterwards

KEY ATTRIBUTES & CAPABILITIES:

Putting people neatly into boxes, isn’t really our style, but there are a few key factors that will be really important when it comes to selecting the right candidate for this position:

  • You must hold a valid WWCC (Working With Children Check) Certificate (or obtain one)
  • You hold prior experience in Events and Leadership; you have a strong focus on premium events and know how to make a special day remarkable!
  • You’re a hands-on and effective leader with a high attention to detail
  • Building relationships is effortless for you; prioritising the guest experience through effective communication is your specialty
