PROGRAM MANAGER — BIRTHDAY PARTIES & EVENTS

Location: Stardust Gym, East Bridgewater, MA
Job Type: Part-Time (weekend availability required)

At Stardust Gym, we don’t just teach gymnastics—we create experiences that families will never forget. From high-energy birthday parties to creative community events, we pride ourselves on providing a safe, fun, and professional atmosphere where kids and families feel valued.
We’re looking for a Program Manager (Parties & Events) to lead our team of party hosts, concierges, and entertainment staff in delivering unforgettable celebrations while ensuring smooth operations and program profitability.

• Manage all aspects of birthday parties and events: scheduling, staffing, set-up, execution, and wrap-up.
• Serve as the primary contact for party families before, during, and after events.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach party staff to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Ensure all payments, waivers, and add-ons are processed accurately and on time.
• Maintain inventory of party supplies and coordinate re-orders.
• Collect family feedback and reviews to continuously improve.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to align with overall strategy.
• Work weekends (minimum of 50% of party shifts per month).
