The successful candidate will be a good a note-taker, pay great attention to detail, understand nuanced situations and demonstrate strong decision making skills. This person must be comfortable learning new software and speaking with customers on the phone. Must demonstrate the ability to maintain attention to detail while also keeping up with the workload.

Skills and experience needed:

• Customer service experience
• Ability to read and understand product specifications and drawings
• Basic math skills (must be comfortable with fractions, decimals and measurements)
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with drafting software a plus
• High-level attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously

Duties include:

• Read and interpret customer-provided specifications and drawings
• Draft drawings for customer approval and fabrication
• Prepare production paperwork.
• Customer service and technical assistance.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
