To keep breaking barriers and redefining what's possible, we’re looking for candidates with the following exceptional technical capabilities: Serving as a PAL conducting outreach and mission engagement activities to increase sustained adoption Coaching and mentoring PALs on technical services and offerings Serving as a communication conduit, at times, between Mission Partners, PALs, and client technical teams/requirements team Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from Journeymen to Expert based off of experience, assessments and customer feedback. Qualifications Must be a U.S. Citizen Bachelor's degree required OR equivalent experience Five (5) plus years of IC experience Demonstrated experience working in a mission component and/or IC agency in a collection, targeting, or analytical capacity Demonstrated networking skills Demonstrated briefing and presentation skills Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence are highly desired Mission operations experience with one or more IC Data Services Partners highly desired Agile, SAFe, or similar training/certification highly desired An entrepreneurial spirit and is driven by data-centric decision making to assist their customers, partners, and stakeholders in achieving their technical objectives.
