We’re looking for a Partner Account Manager to lead our distribution strategy and expand our presence across North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kansas, Missouri, Mississippi and Arkansas. In this high-impact role, you'll work directly with internal sales teams, distributors and end users to drive demand, support technical solutions, and deliver measurable results. Travel Requirement: This is a remote field-based role that requires travel within the territory. Travel may be up to 50% at times based on business needs. Responsibilities What You’ll Do: Serve as the main technical liaison for distributors in the NC,SC, TN, KS, MO, MS, AR territory. Drive distribution sales strategy and implement enablement programs that deliver revenue growth. Identify and close business opportunities in collaboration with internal teams and distribution partners. Provide technical demonstrations and application support to distributors and end users. Represent the company at trade shows, distributor events, and customer meetings. Manage complex sales cycles and maintain long-term customer relationships. Qualifications What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering preferred (or 15+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree in test and measurement and distribution). 5–8 years of experience in technical sales and distributor/channel management in the test and measurement sector. Deep knowledge of test equipment and the regional distribution landscape in NC, SC, TN, KS, MO, MS and AR. Proven track record of growing sales via distributor channels and end-user engagement. Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical audiences. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to operate independently.
