Description
We are at the forefront of the AI revolution. Qdrant provides the essential memory layer for Artificial Intelligence, enabling developers to build applications that can see, listen, and understand the world. As a high-growth startup with a thriving open-source community, we are defining the standard for vector search technology. Our technology is trusted by industry giants and innovative startups alike to handle billions of vectors with unmatched speed. Joining Qdrant means joining a team that is moving fast, solving complex problems, and shaping the future of how AI interacts with data. We are looking for builders, thinkers, and problem-solvers who are ready to make a global impact. Tasks The Role We're looking for a strategic thinker with technical fluency to accelerate our Partner ecosystem. The Partner Account Manager role focuses on working closely with AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud, while also recruiting and enabling key technology and consulting partners to drive mutual revenue growth. You will be the bridge between Qdrant and the broader AI data infrastructure landscape. You won't just be exchanging leads; you will be helping to architect joint value propositions, understanding how our API fits into complex stacks, and focusing on how Qdrant will strategically integrate with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), System Integrators (SIs), and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) across Europe. Requirements What You Will Bring to the Table Location: You must be based in Germany, the UK, or Spain. While this is a remote role, we are specifically hiring within these regions. Technical Fluency: You are comfortable discussing vector embeddings, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and API integrations. You can hold your own in a room with CTOs and Solution Architects. Experience: 3+ years of partnership, technical sales, or business development experience in the database, cloud, or AI infrastructure space. Execution: A demonstrated ability to recruit new partners and drive them to productivity. You know how to move a partner from "signed" to "revenue-generating." Strategy: Experience building joint technical use cases. You can articulate why 1 + 1 = 3 when Qdrant is integrated with a partner's solution. Collaboration: Skilled in working cross-functionally with our engineering, product, marketing, and direct sales teams to support partner success.Mindset: Entrepreneurial and collaborative, with a strong desire to build a program, not just manage one. Things We Love Self-aware, intrinsically motivated individuals with a strong affinity for process and enablement. Candidates who have previously worked as Solutions Architects, Sales Engineers, or Developers. Passion for the modern data stack (databases, ETL, LLMs) and open-source technology. Existing relationships with major Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) or boutique AI consultancies in the EMEA region. Benefits Global Environment: A diverse, international team with the freedom to work remotely. Professional Growth: Continuous learning opportunities, with support for professional development and technical conferences. Competitive Compensation: A comprehensive package that includes a competitive salary, benefits, and equity options.
